SSC MTS Exam 2021 date : Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Friday announced the date of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) 2020 Recruitment Exam. Paper-1 of SSC MTS Recruitment Exam will be conducted from 5th October to 20th October 2021. For the last several days, the candidates of MTS are waiting for the announcement of the new date of Paper-1. SSC had postponed the Paper-I examination of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) 2020 to be held from July 1 to 20.
Apart from MTS, SSC has released the exam schedule for three different stages of recruitment exams to be held in the month of September and October. According to the notice, the skill test of CGL 2019 will be held on September 15 and September 16. Paper-2 of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Quantity Surveying Contracts) Examination 2020 will be held on 26 September 2021. Stenographer Grade C & D Exam 2019 will be held on 21 October and 22 October 2021.
Important Details of SSC MTS Recruitment Exam
SSC MTS Recruitment notification was released in February 2021. The online applications were taken from 5 February 2021 to 21 March 2021. As per the schedule, the Tier-II (Paper-II) descriptive paper of MTS is to be held on 21st November 2021 but due to the postponement of Paper-I, it may also go ahead.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has not released the number of vacancies of Multi Tasking Staff. Through this recruitment, the posts of Multi Tasking Staff lying vacant in various departments of the Central Government will be filled.
There are two papers Paper-1 and Paper-2. Paper-1 will have objective type questions. In the first paper, 100 questions are asked for a total of 100 marks. These include General English 25 questions, General Awareness 25 questions, Quantitative Aptitude 25 questions, Reasoning 25 questions. Thus there is a total of 100 questions and a paper of 100 marks. There will also be negative marking in it. One-fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Paper-I will be a computer-based exam in which successful candidates will get a chance to appear in Paper-II. Paper-2 will be descriptive. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of normalized score in Paper-1.
